Full Workflow: AI Assistant → Lead Capture → CRM → SMS → Review Request

Walk the full pipeline end-to-end. From a call coming in to a review request going out, the same chain fills every layer the receptionist manages: phone, lead capture, CRM, SMS, and review-request automation.

The full pipeline is: a caller dials your line → AI answers → qualifies → books → confirms → SMS goes out → CRM writes the contact → review-request triggers after appointment. Every link rides on the same contact ledger, the same SMS pipeline, the same consent ledger. There is no agency, no implementation partner, no separate vendor to wire up. The /how-it-works page lays it out in four steps; here's the full chain in one place.

Every link rides on the same contact ledger, the same SMS pipeline, the same consent ledger. There is no agency, no implementation partner, no separate vendor to wire up. What you get

  • One contact ledger — every layer (phone, lead capture, CRM, SMS, review-request) writes to the same in-dashboard record.
  • Five link points in one pipeline — receptionist, lead capture, CRM, SMS, review-request automation.
  • Plan-gated boundaries — SMS and review-request ship on Team and Multi-location, with A-CRM available as a $39/mo add-on on Solo.
  • Same consent ledger for SMS — STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE all honored, never texts the number again.

How the chain runs end to end

  1. 01A caller dials your line — Analese picks up within seconds, runs the shared AI disclosure, and greets in the caller's preferred language.
  2. 02Qualification — the receptionist captures the reason for the call, urgency, contact details; A-CRM's Contact Management updates the in-dashboard contact.
  3. 03Booking — the receptionist reads your real availability from your calendar, confirms a slot, and sends a confirmation SMS.
  4. 04CRM write — the contact flows to the external CRM connector you wired (HubSpot, Clio, Mindbody, the rest) or stays inside A-CRM.
  5. 05SMS follow-up — if the caller hangs up early, the missed-call-text-back dispatcher sends a reply with the shared disclosure within seconds; appointment updates (4 kinds: confirmation, change, cancellation, reminder) flow through the same SMS pipeline.
  6. 06Review-request — when the appointment is complete, a one-question Google review SMS goes out, on the same consent ledger the rest of the SMS pipeline uses.

A buyer question: what about the lead-capture forms, not just calls?

The same chain covers contact-form and intake-form submissions. The /api/contact endpoint that powers the home-page ContactForm and the /api/intake-forms endpoint that powers embeddable intake forms both write to the same in-dashboard contact ledger; the reason-for-call field and urgency land in the same qualification envelope. Your team triages one stream — calls, forms, and intake-form submissions — instead of three.

A buyer question: how long does setup take?

About 15 minutes from signup to live. The /how-it-works page lays out the four steps in order: signup → connect your calendar and phone → describe your business → AI goes live. CRM connectors and intake-form setup are add-on steps you can run after the receptionist is live. The first call gets the full chain — qualification, booking, SMS, CMS write, review-request — without any extra engineering.
